Many people have asked me for the secret of being successful and often when I answer them, they roll their eyes and ask me for a more complex answer.

I often say, “Loving yourself” is the easiest way to success.

The truth is everyone, yes everyone, including you is capable of achieving anything in life. However, based on our limiting belief system or inner doubts, we often fail to take sufficient action to pursue it. Here are 3 simple reasons why loving yourself is the easiest way to success.

1) The world reflects yourself

Everything in your life is a reflection of yourself, including that person who you absolutely detest. This story illustrates this perfectly. A king sent 2 envoys to evaluate a nearby town and asked them to provide a review. The first envoy returned and the king asked him for his opinion. The first envoy replied, ” They are absolutely evil and wicked. No one treated me nicely and they kept wanting to cheat me!” Later that day, the second envoy returned and the king asked him for his opinion. ” What a kind hearted town! They went out all the way to help me and I felt much kindness from them. We should make friends with them.” the second envoy replied.

What has happened? Your external world is reflected from your internal world. And you will also naturally attract people from the same characteristics. Once you treat yourself nicely. the world will treat you much nicer. You will find friends or business associates who will reach out to help you. Building a business requires lot of support to guide you in this journey.

2) You will finally step up into your true power

When I started my seminar business, I was absolutely afraid on getting on stage. I used to have these nightmare scenes going through my mind where people would reject me and walk off. Well, it happened for my first introductory seminar and it broke my heart. However I believed in myself and continued taking incremental steps to hit my goals.

Because I believed in my ability to share my knowledge with people, I was able to build up Tara Internet Business. It was only because I believed and trusted myself. When I started my internet marketing business, there were many times when i felt like giving up. However I held on because I believed in that i could make money through in the internet.

The journey to success is often zig zag where business ramps and suddenly slows down. If you do not believe that you can succeed, you will often give up too early before you taste sweet success. Therefore, in order to succeed, you need to love yourself and trust your own abilities.

3) Your inner critic will have to speak to the hand

The main reason why people give up or fail is because their inner critic wins the conversation. Everyone has a million conversations with themselves and the inner critic often is the loudest speaker. All your fears, doubts and disbelief comes from your inner critic which usually paralysis and prevents you from taking one step ahead. When you silence the inner critic and do it anyway, it loses power over time.

After a while, it will also stop speaking and sulk in the corner. Then you can take life by your hand and do all the things that you desire. By loving yourself, your inner critic will have to give up making you feel scared and anxious.
